MIGHLEB EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE is a registered Led Community-Based Organization (CBO) based in Migori County, Kenya, with outreach to Nyatike, Sori, Muhuru Bay, and Homabay County. Established in 2018 and registered in 2022, MIGHLEB is dedicated to empowering LBQ+ individuals and Transgender men working within the Hospitality and Entertainment sectors, including Bars, Clubs, Casinos, and Hotels.

The organization focuses on Health especially HIV/AIDS prevention, Reduction and Care, Labor protection and Labor Rights, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Stigma & Discrimination, Mental Health Support and Climate Change and Justice. MIGHLEB champions for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality through partnerships with different Ministries, government and like-minded organizations, striving to create a safe and conducive environment for sexual minorities.
