About Us

A Kenyan grassroots organization dedicated to dismantling barriers and fostering inclusion for lesbian, bisexual, queer/questioning, and non-conforming (L*BQ/GNC) individuals in the Kenyan workforce.

To foster a culture of acceptance and inclusion in the workplaces of Kenya, where L*BQ/GNC individuals are valued and empowered.

A society where L*BQ/GNC individuals are celebrated for their unique contributions and can thrive in their chosen occupations, free from stigma, violence, and discrimination.
Working Under The Rainbow (WUTR_KE) is a Kenyan grassroots organization dedicated to dismantling barriers and fostering inclusion for lesbian, bisexual, queer/questioning, and non-conforming (L*BQ/GNC) individuals in the Kenyan workforce.
