About Us

We advocate for the rights of Lesbians, Bisexuals, Transgender, Queer and Non-Binary(LBTIQ-NB) people in the rural Siaya.

MISSION

Our mission is to advocate for the inclusion and dignity of sexual and gender minorities locally.
Equal Voices aims to foster social change through art, advocacy, and leveraging the power of storytelling to change the narrative and perception about Queer people by sharing such powerful stories. We increase awareness and understanding of Queer Community by engaging the local community.
We focus on providing our members with leadership and governance skills, helping them prioritize their safety and well-being, and enabling a sustainable livelihood. We believe in intersectionality, social justice, equity, collaboration, and solidarity.
